We are expanding and adding a business developer to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate is experienced in the senior wellness and healthcare industry, possesses the ability to develop business relationships and strategic partnerships and contribute to the future growth of our organization.
Job Description: As a Business Developer at In-Home Caregivers of Illinois, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact within the senior care industry. Your responsibilities will encompass building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, promoting our customized care solutions, and championing our company culture. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care for seniors while ensuring their families experience peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living facilities, and community organizations. Collaborate with them to identify opportunities for partnership and referrals.
Promote Our Values: Be an ambassador for our core values, including compassion, integrity, advocacy, responsibility, reliability, and excellence, in all interactions and partnerships.
Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our mission and values, ultimately expanding our client base. Engage in simple research and development and overview of the competition, compile marketing report on a monthly basis.
Educational Outreach: Conduct informative sessions and workshops within the community to raise awareness about senior care options and the importance of planning for aging.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure that potential clients and their families are well-informed about our services, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Cultural Alignment: Uphold our company culture, which values customized care, exceptional customer service, preceptorship, and employee work-life balance, in all business development efforts.
SOFT & HARD SKILL REQUIREMENTS
A giant interest in healthcare business development, possess exceptional natural desire to help others, interest in making work fun, self-motivated, detailed oriented, genuine, patient, kind, flexible and a great solution creator. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of our company services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive. This is a part-time contract position.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
Three to five years of previous experience in home health, home care, hospice or senior care marketing, or related field
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
Abide by all non-compete/solicit agreements.

Pay
Base pay plus commission or profit sharing plus monthly telephone and mileage stipend.
