The Role: Nurse Administrator
We are experiencing remarkable growth as we bring smiles, joy, hope, and culturally competent healthcare to older adults in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a Nurse Administrator to join our team, a passionate individual who shares our vision of enhancing the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Assessment and Onboarding of New Clients: You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that new clients are welcomed with warmth and care, aligning with our value of customization.
Providing Patient Education and Wellness Assessment: Your role goes beyond caregiving; it involves empowering our clients with knowledge and assessing their overall well-being.
Medication Management: As a caregiver, you will oversee medication management, promoting responsible and reliable healthcare practices.
Ongoing Symptom Management: Chronic illness management is at the core of our services, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need.
Caregiver Training and Skill Validation: Just as we value employee work-life balance, we also invest in our team’s growth. You will be instrumental in training and validating the skills of our caregivers, contributing to their professional development.
