Arthritis Foundation Virtual Connect Group – Chair Yoga

Do you know the word Yoga means join or unite? We will unite our minds and bodies in this session of chair yoga. This exercise class will be done while sitting on a chair. Everyone can do this routine! Easy stretches to loosen and relax your muscles. Wear comfortable clothes (sweats or exercise clothes, even your jammies) and have a stable chair that your feet touch the ground when you sit in it. We will also discuss the benefits of yoga as it relates to arthritis.
