Release a Worry, A Special Planning Event on November 19 and December 6
November 19 @ 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
One event on December 6, 2020 at 1:00 pm
Join us to put a plan in place to help you manage your caregiving worries.
When you care for a family member, making plans can feel impossible. Even worse, making back-up plans feels completely out of the questions. Our research proves that point. Consider two stats from our 2017 Family Caregiver Survey:
- 49% of survey respondents say they receive no help from family members.
- 74% say they do not have a back-up or a trained back-up to provide care in their absence if they become ill, have an emergency or want to take a vacation.
As we monitor the spread of COVID-19, planning becomes even more important.
Join us for a 50-minute planning session to create the plans you need. When you join us for the time slot you’ve selected, you’ll connect with Denise M. Brown, who has been supporting those who care for 30 years, and four of our Certified Caregiving Consultants (CCC).
Our agenda for your time with us includes:
- 15-minute overview with Denise Brown
- Small group discussions with a CCC
If you’d like, you can continue to work with a CCC to complete your plan. The CCCs will share information on how to work with them, including costs, before we close.
After you register, you’ll receive confirmation which includes a link to download your Family Emergency Planning Tool.
