Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall prevention is a group exercise program designed to increase range of motion, strength, flexibilty and overall wellness. Exercises offered are appropriate for people of all fitness levels, including those with arthritis. Join us to improve your health and make new friends! Participate from the comfort of your own home, by tablet or computer!
