CE Event: Outsmarting Your Implicit Bias

Unconscious assumptions can subtly shape our decisions, interactions, and even the care we provide. This engaging CEU will help you uncover the hidden biases we all carry—and equip you with practical strategies to outsmart them. We’ll learn how to recognize implicit bias, understand how it can impact clients, learn techniques for interrupting bias in the moment, and how to foster a more inclusive environment. A light dinner and beverages will be served.
