Fitness For The Ages

Explore an opportunity to be stronger, healthier and have more energy through the mind body connection There will be a discussion about how exercise can help slow the brain’s aging process.  Laura Slowey will present explanations and demonstrations of flexibility, strength and balance training for a healthier mind and body.
