Neighboring Hearts at Gurnee Place

Whether your loved one lives at Gurnee Place or anywhere else, Neighboring Hearts is a safe, compassionate place for spouses of individuals living with dementia. Share stories, ask questions, listen, laugh, cry, or just enjoy a cup of coffee with people who truly get it. Neighboring Hearts meets at the same time as our monthly Memory Café (2nd Tuesday of every month from 2pm-3pm) so while you spend the hour connecting with other spouses, your loved one can safely enjoy meaningful activities, social interaction, music, games, crafts, and more in a secure, welcoming environment, allowing you to take time for yourself with peace of mind.
